Instrucciones :

Crea una función que cuente el número de vocales de un string Sigue los pasos a continuación para que complete el programa.

  • Implementar la funcion que cuente cuantas vocales hay en un string.
  • Iniciar un contador en cont = 0
  • Iterar los caracteres de la palabra, si el elemento actual es una vocal, entonces incrementar el contador cont .
  • Retorna el número de vocales.
