Some servers have different bots which conflict with Noisy. Add the option to change the bot's prefix

A command list built into the commands

Currently songs sound nice but they are around 30 seconds. We need to make them longer.

Add the ability to restrict specific commands to users with a specified role. The prefix command would probably need this.

People may forget what the prefix is for the bot. We should display that on the bot's status.

Not too critical, but the current S3 server is in Canada central. We want to move to US-east to minimize ping.

Implementation can be done through a postgresql table for servers (guilds) to store info such as the currently playing song (name), and server settings (custom triggers)
