Hi, I would like to fork your module. But I am having an issue with its unclear licensing:

• License.txt indicates that it is MIT
• Readme.md indicates that it is GPL v3
• mod_bootstrapnav.xml indicates that it is GPL v2 or later

Shall I understand that it is dually licensed or one of the licenses is by mistake.

the menu is structured that way:
menuitem 01
--subitem 011
menuitem 02

• subitem 022
  -- sub subitem 0222
  well. it looks like this:
  menuitem 01
  --subitem 011
  menuitem 02
• subitem 022
  sub subitem 0222 ==> same level with menuitem 01
  after googling it turn out to be a bootstrap navbar issue and it said it can't support mor than 2 levels menu, but also many bootstrap based menu has fixed that issie. please make a fix too.

Hello there is a problem when display resolution is 320x480, the menu views on click but it appears to be under the other content, moreover you can't click on the dropdown menu.

Hi i have seen you added configuration for bootstrrap.css in mod-bootstrap, but now i have style block which is not configurable. I use the bootstrap.css of joomla with less. But this style block override my style..Thank you
