I'm not sure if this is at all the right place to say this, but I wanted to get 
the message trough to you Billiard, since you have been working with the 
wiimotes on dolphin emulator.


-What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect more than 2 emulated wiimotes in the Dolphin emulator. 2 controllers 
work fine, more than that don't.

-What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to have 3-4 wiimotes working at the same time. When you connect more 
than 2, connection to some controllers get lost or the input simply doesn't 
work.

-What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All the latest dolphin builds have this bug. Having 4 emulated wiimotes stopped 
working together correctly, after the option to disable the wiimote speaker was 
taken away with r7272.

-Please provide any additional information below.
I think this issue could be fixed, by adding an option to completely (globally) 
disable the wiimote speaker. Disabling the wiimote speaker in the ingame 
options doesn't seem to completely disable the wiimote speaker. And I think the 
wiimote speaker is the root of this problem.
