How to load the notebook

• Get Jupyter Notebooks installed on your local environment
• Clone the repository
• Open the command line or terminal and type jupyter notebook in the cloned repository
• Go to http://localhost:8888/tree in your browser
• Open the notebook
• Set the kernal to be Python 2 with Spark 2.0
• Run the cells

Notebook and support no longer active?

Several attempts yield following in response to GET request to Weather endpoint:

ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='twcservice.stage1.mybluemix.net', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/weather/v1/geocode/41.3850639/2.1734035/forecast/intraday/10day.json?&units=m (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x000002184ACDE7C0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond'))
