I am an aerospace engineer and astronomer interested in astrodynamics, orbital mechanics and scientific computing. In my free time, I contribute to various open-source organizations whose main goal is to enhance the quality of modern science.

Gregg 1921

Explanation on the model 🌍

This is one of the first ever released atmospheric models and it differentiates between winter and summer conditions, thought results to not diverge so much from one season to another.

Add continous integration tool

Currently, the exists a nox file if the package is downloaded directly from repo (an action expected from contributors). Though it includes some testing sessions such us checking, tests and formatting it is necessary to have some online tool such us Travis CI which checks
for everything to be okay!

Project logo

María Moreno, an undergraduate graphic design student, is working on the amtopy logo. The only requirements are:

  • Must include a snake, since this is a Python package
  • It should be embracing a globe or kind of celestial body

Diehl 1992

Explanation on the model 🌍

This is one of the first ever released atmospheric models. Since it is very simple, it should be easy to generate and include this model in the package 🚀
