The script now depends on filtering applied to a custom view. To make this more broad for other measures, take the filters off. These filters can be set within the script instead.

Sort the permits by date. Keep the most recent permit for each BIN. Use this to have a running list of owner contact information.

What I don't know is for a condo or a coop with different owners or shareholders is the permit issued to the unit or the building.

Per DOB, there is a one to many relationship between the job permit and the work permit. Primary key needs to be updated to job number, doc number and BIN.

The program only creates a new file. It should have a new step to append new records as they come in, as well as update old records as they become available.

Merge in the contractor information from contractor file. This will take some effort as the PK for the contractor is not unique. The type of trade license is need. How ever the DOB permit data has undocument contractor types not found on the contractor file.

I am using the job number as the PK for the work permits. But some of the permits appear to have different job numbers, but the same description. I should ID dups not only by job number but also BIN. However, could work installation have more than one permit number?
