Zooming out (via page zoom) causes canvas to grow very large and ultimately hangs

Hello,

I work on the Chrome browser and its WebGL implementation. In http://crbug.com/823630 we received a report from a testing agency that zooming out the page while running voxsculpt was causing hangs.

Diagnosing the bug, the reason this happens is that the page is responding to page zoom incorrectly. Each tick, resize() in src/js/app.js is being called, and this is setting the size of the canvas's backing store to (window.innerWidth, window.innerHeight). To be (more) correct, it should set the canvas's backing store to (window.innerWidth * window.devicePixelRatio, window.innerHeight * window.devicePixelRatio). The device pixel ratio changes along with the browser's zoom level.

Could this be fixed?
