Extension is already on Chrome Web Store about joule-extension

Wow, great catch. I've been working on getting the extension into the stores and, as you found, it finally got accepted! The reason I haven't replaced the links everywhere is because as you might have noticed, the extension listed in the store is a version 0.0.1 (Which I didn't even make a release for on github.)

Unfortunately, due to the expansive permissions the extension asks for, updates to the Chrome store take about a week to go through review. I don't feel great about having users install something that I can't update in a timely manner with important bug or security fixes, should the need arise (though I hope it won't.) This will be fixed with #12, since I'll be able to ask for way fewer permissions up-front and the extension should get instant approval for updates with that. It's the next thing I'm working on at the moment.

Going to leave this issue open as a reminder for me to swap out those links, and add links to the extension store in the README. Thanks for noticing!
