Server side counterpart for ComputedStyle and CSSRule
Make it possible for the developer to query the ComputedStyle of a component from the server side. The results should be passed back using a callback method (listener interface).
Make it possible for the developer to add new CSSRules from the server side. This would allow for easy style generation, with more control than CSSInject. This feature could possibly leverage CSSInject for the implementation (package the CSSInject add-on as a part of the CSS Tools add-on, which would be logical).
