I ran into some issues regarding loading assets over http instead of https. It would be nice if all external files will be loaded over https.

For example:

http://code.ionicframework.com/ionicons/2.0.0/css/ionicons.min.css

Adding $('.dropdown-toggle').dropdown(); to the page (ie in resources/views/vendor/adminlte/_layout/js.blade.php) fixed it. Is there a better way to do it ?

After installing the theme I lost the pagination feature. I have a table with about 4000 items, it may be nicer to paginate this (as it did with the default theme).
Not sure if this is a bug or intended.

In the original admin theme I can filter/search records in the table from the search field. It does this instantaneous.
In laravellte the filtering does not work instant and it also doesn't work when I submit it, it will just reload all the (unfiltered) results.

After checking out the latest version 1.0.1 the base._notifications_menu and base._tasks_menu that are required on user.blade.php are missing.
