add_dep contains hardcoded config

The hack/add_dep.pl script uses the DEP_KIE_API_VERSION environment variable to determine which dependency should be added. The environment variable is hardcoded in the openshift.yaml template. The hack/add_dep.pl should be able to automagically determine the value for the dependency to be added by inspecting the pom.xml contents.

OpenShift BuildConfig fails copying resources from intermediate build image

The build process consists out of two phases:

  1. import & fix-up the repo from the drools workbench git repository
  2. copy the imported files, and take these as the source for to be build with the jboss-decisionserver64-openshift s2i container

Step 1 works, and step 2 successfully copies the contents from step 1. However, when the build starts with the s2i container, the code seems to be vanished and the build fails.
