@masao とディスカッションして、C案で行くことにしました。
教科書LODだと備考は bf:note だったんで、とりあえず、それで備考つけておきますね。

覚書 2021-12-28 のコード表の更新で、86V12 がリリースされ、この問題部分の修正がなされたので、86V12のほうのデータをリリースすれば問題なくなる。（備考もいらなくなる）
