Add build instructions

The README should have concise, clear and useful instructions for building and deploying Tanura on a server.

Add a build script

Tanura should have a script to automate building and deploying the service

Rewrite introductory text

The introduction in the README no longer describes the goal of this project. It needs to be rewritten.

Add proper dockerization

The current Docker setup is rather quick-and-dirty. It needs a redo.

Write basic widgets

In Order to make Tanura useful as a Library, it should have widgets that can be easily used in any existing web application.

Update package.json

Move all settings into the TANURA_*-namespace

To avoid collisions, all environment variables interpreted by Tanura should be prefixed with “TANURA”

Switch to own Licode fork

As the months pass it is increasingly likely that Licode is – in fact – dead. Tanura should use its own actively maintained fork of Licode to be future-proof.

Set up event system

Tanura should dispatch events that users of the library can subscribe to.
