Maybe there's some struct initialization différence between c/c++. Can you give me a complete running (or bugging) sample for me to test. Also give precise bug info (line + message).

In debug mode, vkvg need "VK_EXT_debug_utils" (instance extension) to be loaded.

I added a check for debug_utils extension load in the vkvg_device_create function. I've also checked that vkvg is working well with c++, and it should'nt be a problem.
