Cloned from the unmaintained CodePlex project (https://ilmergegui.codeplex.com/). All credit goes to the original authors (see screen capture below).

• Fixed a couple of broken file references
• Disabled signing of the ClickOnce installer (due to a missing .pfx)
• Minor knob twiddling to get the application to build and run
• Tweaked the code to allow it to work with .NET 4.7

The ClickOnce application wouldn't run on my system so I zipped the necessary files and created a release.

Create a new release with 4.8 support

The current prebuilt release is a bit outdated. Please consider creating a new one with 4.8 support from #2 (or, better yet, with #3 merged so future minor updates should work too).

app doesnt detect full .net installed

Hello,

app doesnt detect full .net installed, especially .net 4.0, 4.5, 4.6, etc only 4.8

Any idea on how to correct this?
