Hi,

I'm trying to install gwsem in R 4.2.3 and I tried two ways:

1. install.packages("gwsem") #which failed as it is not available for the current version of R
2. git clone https://github.com/jpritikin/gwsem
   cd gwsem
   ./tools/rox
   cd ..
   R CMD INSTALL gwsem R_LIBS_USER
   Rscript tools/test.R
   It also failed because of the following error:
   include/genfile/zlib.hpp:14:10: fatal error: 'zstd.h' file not found
   #include <zstd.h>

   ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘gwsem’

Would be grateful if you can advise. Thank you!

Should default to all SNPs.
