I didn't implement seeding of data. It's relatively easy to do - just not done.

For anyone wanting to try contributing - this is an easy one to complete.

Because we rename updatedAt to match the DocumentDb version of _ts, we need to refactor the $orderBy field so that it gets renamed. Until that happens, orderBy updatedAt will break things.

I've just started using this, and when I try and get the swagger page, I get an error here. When I change it to resolved, it works

Once SKIP/TAKE (#1) is done, also need to fix the processing of includeTotalCount.

Need to write unit tests and have them pass before releasing this.

Because DocumentDb does not support SKIP/TAKE - neither does the driver. However, at some point, DocumentDb will support SKIP/TAKE, so I'll need to update the driver at that point.
