Use uppercase spelling for packages?
Apparently uppercase is allowed, after all.

(In helloSystem, names beginning with uppercase are for GUI applications, whereas lowercase names are for CLI tools.)

Rename sysutils/hello-launcher to sysutils/hellodesktop-launch, as the command is called launch?
