Private repos don't work if your git credentials aren't stored by the system already.

This needs to be integrated with Travis. At a minimum, it should fail if there are undefined variables.

Currently, it only does username / password, but PyGithub supports OAuth tokens, so it should be 2-3 lines.

From the testing I have done, only working in python using chmod 755 to compile, when i finally got to run on any python version, there is no module github. Not sure if bug, or not supported API.

Get the repos from organizations the user is a part of.

If a git repo already exists, add an option to do a git pull instead of ignoring it.
