The selectize draw-down for site name should change if you select month or annual. The observe command lags.

For example, you only get the full annual list if you first pull up data using monthly and then switch back to annual. Vice versa, if you then switch back to monthly, the entire site list remains.

This is something wrong with the observe({}) command running on the server side. Maybe there is a slicker way to do this on client side.

Suggestion to load an interactive world map on initial load.

The Home page can feature a world map showing all sites. Users can click on a site to jump to the current Home page, which can be rename “Reconstruction”, with that site loaded in the chart. I think this worldwide Home page will be more attractive than the Home page with an empty chart. On the Home page, a user can still click on a button called “Search by name” to jump to the Reconstruction page if he doesn’t want to move around the map.

Website should be able to manage sites with no observed record.

Desired behavior is to show a warning on the GOF tab and hide the figures/tables.

When the About page is shown, the left column should be hidden.

Add rolling average analysis option

Frequency analyses such as wavelet or multi-tapered methods.

Flows do not convert properly to ac-ft when using annual reconstructions. Appears to be a factor of 12.

Website needs a tab that allows users to drag/drop data and add all the necessary metadata for their inclusion in the paleoflow app.

There should also be a note that the website is not designed as a complete repository (with data retention agreements, etc) and the best practices would be to submit to a true repository (e.g. NOAA) and provide a link for paleoflow inclusion.

Website shows error messages while it is calculating results. This is disconcerting to users.

Solution is to hide Extremes, Period, and GOF tabs until there is data.
