Program parses apple health data. It prompts the user to select the apple health xml file. It then creates a CSV file in the same directory that contains health data statistics for each of several selected metrics.
- Install any dependencies from requirements.txt
- Run "health_data_compiled.py" in the src folder (the actual compiled version is left out for space reasons)
- Follow the steps on the accompanying tkinter GUI (it includes instructions on obtaining the health file from your iphone)
