Action #218 shows that we need a api key for using ggmap. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Or do we need to contact the author faizan-dogar?

In PR #19, package d3heatmap is required. I tried three ways to add it to DESCRIPTION:

• add d3heatmap under Suggests
• add rstudio/d3heatmap under Remotes
• add talgalili/d3heatmap under Remotes

None of them works.

Can anyone look into this? I am not sure why is it missing that package. I did include it.

In two runs #51 and #52, Error: path for html_dependency not found appeared. I tried to remove the cache by setting cache = FALSE in _common.R but with no luck.

Update: I changed the settings for the repo so there is now an option to "update branch" on each pull request. This hopefully will make it much easier to change the _bookdown.yml file without creating conflicts. The new procedure is:

Once the authors have made all requested changes and the chapter is ready to be merged, click "update branch" and then simply add the .Rmd file to _bookdown.yml in the proper place on the branch.

In addition, add any libraries used to the DESCRIPTION file on the branch.

Then merge the pull request.

It would be great if someone could open a pull request to update the instructions here https://github.com/jtr13/cc22tt/blob/main/appendix_pull_request_tutorial.Rmd and then someone else reviews and merges it.

Could someone take a look at action #194? it seems that there is an error in a certain chunk in "Interactive_3D_Vis.Rmd". I will comment "Interactive_3D_Vis.Rmd" out just for now.

My pull request was merged into the main branch without errors. My files are available in the repository under learning_data_science_visually.

However, the final render of the repository available at https://jtr13.github.io/cc22tt/ does not seem to have my submission. I don't know if there is an error in my Markdown that needs to be fixed or if it is unavailable on the website for another reason. Please let me know if I need to make changes and resubmit my notebook.

The problem is that the Google credentials are not set up to be able to use googlesheets4. I think it can be solved by

1. making the Google Sheet public

OR

2. adding the Google credentials in a way that will work in a non-interactive session (see here: https://github.com/jtr13/cc22tt/actions/runs/3506399144/jobs/5873415921#step:7:64)

OR

3. reverting back to pulling the Twitter data directly (I already set up a Twitter API in GitHub actions since I thought that was the problem when in fact it was not.)

@russorenato can you help with this?

In the meantime, I will comment twitter_scrape_nlp.Rmd out of _bookdown.yml.

This is so strange, same commit, the first attempt succeeded, but the second failed 😵‍💫

Seems like it is caused by Remotes packages (see r-lib/actions#534).

For Commit #229, Does anyone know how can we add MuseScore or we need to contact the author? [Will comment for now]

Could anyone look into this, I'm not sure if this fails due to an error in rmd file or due to a mistake I made during merging. (I'm contacting the student who wrote sentiment_analysis_tutorial.Rmd)
