Add Security Policy

Hey there,

nice work so far. Would love to see this as a replacement for meldekarte.de without server-side storage :D.
I found a vulnerability and would like to report it to improve the security of this project. Could you please add a Security.md to enable collaborators to report vulnerabilities?
