Consider resizing images when loading data in rather than when saving the tfrecord.

Advantages:

• Can experiment quickly on smaller images with one parameter change during training
• No need to generate multiple datasets for multiple models (e.g. VGG vs YOLO)

Disadvantages:

• Slower upload speeds
• Larger size on disk (compared to a single dataset with smaller images)
