When changing the switch it is possible that the REST call is done before the state of the switch actually changed. This can cause the switch to be "locked" in one position as the server sends the SSE event with the old switch value. This problem is caused by a race condition of the onsen code, which is changing the switch state, and the touchend event.
Solution right now: a small delay in the touchend event in order to let the onsen code catch up

Provide more flexibility of switch definition by defining an external JSON config file.
Problem: views/switch.html -> ng-repeat on list item doesn't work (???)

When changing a setting from the UI (iPhone) then the settings change gets called twice.

When Autosource is turned off then Airplay needs to be disconnected after pause before other sources come available.
