Enter for Blame does not appear to work?

1st of all, wow, what a cool plugin! Nice! Thank you!

When I open a file in vim (version info below), and use :GitTimeLapse, I can use the arrow keys to move backwards/forward between commits. But, when I put my cursor in either the left or right pane/buffer on a line, and hit the Enter key, nothing happens.

What's the best way to use the line-blame feature?

Thank you!

Question: What's different from this and vim fugitive?

Hey! I wanted to ask how this plugin compares to fugitive.vim, as they seem like they serve similar purposes! I'm not sure which one to use, and I think others could benefit from this information too so I'm putting it here.

Close command?

It would be nice to have a direct way of closing the windows opened by :GitTimeLapse.

I don't know much about tabs in vim - after a bunch of playing around I figured out that :windo bd will close all the windows in the current tab, so it this is an adequate solution for my usage. Of course if there were a command that just ran windo bd and you ran it in a non-GitTimeLapse tab, it would close whatever windows were open.

If engineering a whole solution around this isn't worth it, it might be useful to mention windo bd (or something equivalent) in the readme - it currently suggests "Close the tab when you're bored with it", but if you do this then the buffers remain open in your buffer list.
