New Ubuntu Essentials

so this is a thread that for myself, to record What software to install and what configuration to modify to make the new Ubuntu more friendly to use.

And this thread will be updated at anytime :)

petaLinux2020.2 installation on Ubuntu20.04

by the way, you should install the dependencies firstly. You can search others blog.

download the petaLinux2020.2 from https://www.xilinx.com/member/forms/download/xef.html?filename=petalinux-v2020.2-final-installer.run or Downloads

after downloading, open the directory in Terminal, then:

sudo chmod +x petalinux-v2020.2-final-installer.run

！！安装的路径应该是普通权限就能访问的， root 才能访问到的路径不可以用，so我装在了 ~/ 里
then make a new directory to store the installation softwares:
mkdir ~/Documents/Programs/petalinux-2020.2 ！！make your own dirctory

then install:

petalinux 2020.2

需要加 -d

./petalinux-v2020.2-final-installer.run -d ~/Documents/Programs/petalinux-2020.2/ # this should be replaced by your directory

petalinux 2017.1

不需要加 -d

./petalinux-v2017.1-final-installer.run /usr/programs/petalinux-2017.1/

obs 预览界面不显示鼠标

使用obs录屏时，要将窗口裁剪一下，但是不显示鼠标：

I had this same issue. In the end it turned out to be caused by using an inverted mouse pointer (Settings > Accessibility > Mouse pointer and touch). Switching to a different pointer solved the issue for me.

近日使用ipad投屏到win，去年的 letsview和蓝莓投屏都收费了，后者可每次免费投屏30min
不过ipad连接到win的时候我好像误点了不信任该设备，so一直在搜如何解决
ipad->settings->general->Transfer or Reset iPad-> 点Reset之后，才会显示出要重置哪些设置，选择 Reset Location & Privacy
then再打开蓝莓投屏，选择有线投屏，此时ipad弹出是否信任该设备

但是允许传输文件的弹窗还没有

自制 Ubuntu 镜像

双固态双系统远程连接动态选择启动盘解决方案

实验室有个机器装了两个固态，前些日子，一块硬盘装的是Ubuntu20，另一块硬盘装的也是Ubuntu20。
昨天将其中一个Ubuntu20抹掉了，装了Win11，或许可以写一下怎么区分出来哪个Ubuntu20是我要保留的。

所以现在两块硬盘是分别装了Ubuntu20和Win11，可以通过BIOS选择先将哪个系统作为首选启动。
但是我要远程连机器，那BIOS就不太方便了。

如果BIOS选择从Ubuntu启动，grub选项里并没有Win的启动选项，而是当前的Ubuntu20和被抹掉的Ubuntu20

安装显卡驱动后网络和蓝牙无法使用

问题背景

todesk远控结束后，ubuntu会自动锁定，息屏。虽然可以继续远程连接，但是如果在实验室里想使用这台电脑，可能会有问题：息屏之后不论按键盘还是动鼠标，可能屏幕都无反应。
