Given there are about a thousand plus episodes (haven't run a count) and that is going to be unwieldy under a flat directory. That and adding supplementary context to episodes will be too much to handle. I'll probably just create subfolders for each episode but retain the current naming structure. TBD

Add steps describing how to download and run ffmpeg and Whisper.cpp for folks wishing to do their own transcripts.

I've only added the SRT files but have also generated plain TXT files. Need to add those to the /transcripts directory as well.

Currently have a placeholder file in the root of the project.

Need to add a list of the episodes that have been transcribed and the episodes waiting to be transcribed.
