This was originally found in #3.

Errors of xgettext utility should be thrown as plugin's errors.

For JavaScript files parsing it's better to use js implementation of xgettext instead of GNU utility.

Really, the tests are needed here.

I have such a configuration:
gulp.task('generate-po', function() {
return gulp.src('/js/*.js')
.pipe(xgettext({
keywords: [
{name: 'pojs._'}
],
headers: {
Language: 'en_EN'
}
}))
.pipe(concatPo('messages.po'))
.pipe(gulp.dest('./'));
});

And in js file I have this code:
...
var someText = pojs._('Reset');
...

After run task I have file messages.po, but this file is empty.
Why?

similar to https://github.com/gabegorelick/gulp-angular-gettext/blob/master/lib/extract.js, gulp-xgettext should be able to have single invocation on all files in the stream, as the common patterns is "multiple files" -> "pot", rather than "file" -> "file.pot"
