Logo 以及商标的使用许可协议。

如果需要申请徽章，可以直接 fork 本项目，然后发 Pull Request，并注明开源 logo 的 license。如果不确定是否可以商用，可以提 issue 讨论

WordPress

使用 Wordpress Logo 需要符合以下条件：

• The primary purpose of your project is to promote the spread and improvement of the WordPress software.
• Your project is non-commercial in nature (it can make money to cover its costs or contribute to non-profit entities, but it cannot be run as a for-profit project or business).
• Your project neither promotes nor is associated with entities that currently fail to comply with the GPL license under which WordPress is distributed.

webpack

The logo and the brand name “webpack” are not part of the MIT license, and can only be used commercially by the webpack project on products, websites, and publications.

webpack 基于 MIT 许可证发行，但是并不包含 logo。而 webpack 的 logo 只能跟随 webpack 项目一起在产品、网站、出版物上使用。

In case you use the logo on products you sell commercially, you always have to contact us with a picture of how it will be used, and ask for explicit permission.

如果需要在销售产品中使用，需要得到明确的授权许可。

Yii

Yii 官网提供了多种 logo 图片格式的下载，但是 Yii 使用的授权许可是 CC BY-ND 3.0 意味着不能修改 logo 文件，但是 Yii 的 logo 是长方形的，不适合印制在圆形徽章上。

Docker

We generally do not permit use of our marks on merchandise.

Eclipse

Eclipse 提供了 5 中 logo 的下载，供社区使用，只要链接到 Eclipse 就可以。

These logos are the intellectual property of the Eclipse Foundation and cannot be altered without Eclipse’s permission.

在未经 Eclipse Foundation 许可的情况下，不能对 Eclipse Logo 进行修改。但是 Eclipse 官网提供的 logo 形状不适合制作成徽章。

Node.js

You may create things with the marks for your own use. These can be t-shirts, caps, desktop wallpapers, and even cakes! But please make sure that your design follows the Visual Identity Guidelines. Keep in mind that you are not allowed to sell branded items with the Node.js marks except as explained in the next paragraph.

All uses that are not expressly allowed under these guidelines require that you request permission in
advance by sending a request to [email protected].
