This can be hosted anywhere, even from localhost (with the option to choose server). And this will give me a chance to play around with Angular2 ;)

This "safe-checker" will start as soon as the pump turns on too see that the pump isn't on too long which would result in over-watering the plants AND perhaps cause a water damage..

Or it could check the magnetic valve so it isn't opened for too long.

The Galileo-board should ONLY have a server with a specified API without any front-end stuff at all. This will lead to better performance on the board since it doesn't have to deal with any GUI what so ever

This way the plants can be watered more/less depending on how much sun the plants get
