[glsl_program]: unable to get shader for 0.000000

Hello,

I just tried this real quick and out of the box get:

[pix_texture]: using mode 1: TEXTURE_RECTANGLE

GLEW version 1.13.0
[glsl_program]: unable to get shader for 0.000000
[pix_shader]: link 0.5 0
[pix_shader]: link 0.5 1.5
[glsl_program]: vertex shader running in hardware
[glsl_program]: fragment shader running in hardware

So no image = nothin

macOS 10.14.2
pd 49.1
GEM: ver: 0.93.git c0505e2e

Looks cool though! Would be nice to get working!
