Roll back to prior verse on error

Currently, if Verse encounters an error loading in the current days "verse of the day" (votd) the message "🚧 Could not load verse 🚧" is returned.

Instead of doing this, it would be nice if Verse rolled back to the last successfully cached votd to be displayed.
