pythonflashcards's Issues

Add Scorecard object

  • Create a Scorecard object which will display the number of correct answers, incorrect answers and the accuracy rate the user has achieved.
  • A score should be displayed for the current subject and a total score for the entire session.
  • The highest score, measured by the accuracy rate, should be recorded. The user should be alerted that a high score has been achieved.

Repeat failed questions

After the Q&A session ends, and before you are asked if you wish to continue with another subject, you should be asked if you wish to repeat the questions for which your answers were incorrect.

If you answer 'no', you are then asked if you would like to continue with another subject.

If you answer 'yes', you are provided the questions.

If you have no incorrect answers, you should not be asked to repeat questions.

High score

  • A high score (accuracy rate) should be saved in a high_score.txt file.
  • User should be advised when a high score has been achieved.
  • User could be asked if he wishes to save his high scores.
  • Scorecard object could print high scores at the right of accuracy rates for all subjects.

Timer

  • A timer could be added to register how long the user takes to complete a session.
  • Times could be shown in Scorecard object.
  • Time could be recorded alongside high score.
