When you move from Booked, to redeemed, the Booked info is lost from the status summary. So when they go to print it, it’ll be missing from the print out summary…

Because they don’t have access across the hotels reservations systems, they need to know which hotel a booking was made at (in case they can’t find it upon check-in). They’d like to have the redeeming hotel displayed on the summary page. I.e. if someone turns up & they can’t find the reservation number associated to the voucher in their system, they would call the redeeming hotel to trouble shoot. Likewise, when they print the summary page, the redeeming hotel will be on there.

This also brings up a bit of question – does a user have a ‘main’ hotel, or will the drop down default to the first alphabetical organisation that the user is attached to?

Joe: Wendy’s pretty strong on not having reception staff being able to Release a booking. Can we have a new role called supervisor which has the Release role capability & we can remove this feature from reservations?

Think you’re working in this one already, but having field change audit displayed on the voucher page as well as status changes (doesn’t have to be aligned – i.e. field changes could be displayed below status changes)

Joe "Displayed status on the Voucher page isn’t correct (i.e. the below voucher is Booked, but displays as pending). Available displays as Allocated, Booked = Pending, Redeemed = Redeemed. "

Joe: "Ok, we’ll change our App at this end (which generates/emails the vouchers to the buyer) to prompt the user to enter the voucher IDs of the sold vouchers. To make it easier for the user (Copy/Paste), on your sold popup, could you display a comma separated list of vouchers on that pop up?"

Joe: "Book, Redeem, Release - These work when you perform a voucher search from the Dashboard, but not if you click on ‘Vouchers’ link & perform the voucher search direct from there… (Redeem remains disabled). Login related or bug?"
