I don't have the meta.ini file like you do in the screenshot, Im guessing that is the reason why my vigor tester section for New California is broken, how do I acquire said meta.ini?

I'm attempting to install Starstruck-Courier through wabbajack and i'm getting a file hash error with the mod Vanilla US Plus (New Vegas) 8.75. I believe this might be because the current version uploaded is now 8.75.76. See attached screenshots.
I was hoping I could get this installed for my while to play tonight, but i'm not sure if that will happen now :(. Anyways thanks for your effort!

Wabbajack downloads JAM and the EII patch, but returns this error. On retries with both files already present in the download path, Wabbajack attempts to download JAM again, and the error persists eventually resulting in "Installation Failed".

It looks like the mod author updated the below link to version 8.80:
