Error message.

Hello. I've done all the instalation normally, I'm running the 1.01 EU version and I've got this error message when trying to boot the game. Could you help me please?

request For GTA 3/GTA Vice City Version - Is Hiragana supported?

Your work is amazing how you can invoke Japanese in the game.
Is it possible to have a version for GTA 3/GTAVC?
When I tried to run the hiragana version, the characters were not displayed correctly as well.
Even though there is a Mod file from here https://w.atwiki.jp/gtasajp/pages/14.html
