GPX Support

I would like to finally dig into this code - I've got an environment running on my machine. I'd like to add GPX support, having recently done a fair amount of reading on it.

I'm mostly interested in where you would like to add support - I assume in the Hikes#new action. Let me know what you imagine this feature looking like and I will take a crack at it.
