Reformat it, add a logfile.

Use Halfminer REST API to communicate.

In order to be able to actually properly extend the bot, a good way of storing information needs to be added. The current storage is not made for more extensions.

• Add a per user storage
• Better data encapsulation
• Move reused functions (movetochannel) to appropriate locations

Instead of just sending a static message.

• Add global settings for delays (and to disable tasks)
• Generally use more config parameters

The current configuration system is not good for easy extensions.
We should either use an API (YAML or similar), or improve the current methods drastically.

Implement !admin [stop|reload|restart]

Instead of starting tasks in HalfminerBot constructor.

Update will kick all clients and change password

Permissions system based on some Teamspeak permission value (Talkpower?).
