Getting Piano White as the default included Blender Light theme

I'd love to get a more finished version of Piano White into Blender. I'll propose it on devtalk after this issue is closed.
The current Blender Light theme looks more like a zebra theme to me, it's not an actual light theme. I love Piano White, but there's still some usability problems with it. I'll try to - over time - gather them here.

Issue 1:

Unchecked Collection checkbox contrast is way too low. In the images I changed it to black. AFAIK It hasn't resulted in other places becoming invisible.

Piano white - text overlay in 3D viewport

The statistics overlay in the viewport is barely readable because of the light background.

I made it black under 3D Viewport > Theme Space

It still has a dark outer glow that makes it look fuzzy currently, but can't find how to change that.

I understand that in other contexts the viewport background can change to dark. Is there an option for a background color of that text? Maybe it could be plain dark text on a rgba(1,1,1,0.5) background.

Theme + custom accentuation

Hi,
How can i add an accentuation to a theme? For example i use Professional, but a like the red accentuation. I manually modify the pro xml, but when i do this kind of modification 2 or 3 times, it's annoying.

Is there a way to make the change automatically ?

Setting Piano White's editor outline to pure white increases clarity by a lot

The current setting of .925 blends too much with side panels. Setting to 1.0 gives better separation and makes clear where you can grab an editor to resize.

how to change bone color?

Is the orange theme available?

In the original screenshot I see an orange theme but It isn't in the download

Node frames are too dark in the Piano White Theme

I would suggest setting the Frame Node parameter to .1:
