When build.exe is executed, it checks if its source file has a modification timestamp earlier than itself and if so, will recompile itself and execute the newly made binary.

Similar to the -j found in cmake, make and many others.

A central set of flags and includes that all objects and projects will share reducing the need to pass around flags objects to Object files.

Will make cleanup as easy as rm -r build/ and will not flood the directories with a bunch of build artifacts.
