More graceful event.simulate.js

Hey I did some work on your event.simulate.js and made it a bit more transparent for custom and native events. https://gist.github.com/796871

Before it would not work for custom events and would throw an error. Now it handles them fine.

simulate keydown

Is it possible to simulate a keypress, keydown, keyup ?
Is there any alternative for this ?
