Pneumothorax Issue about kam

All of these things have to be true. it have to be a bullet, it have to has enough damage per bullet. You have to hit the body. And then the probability comes.

So after being shot 15 times and then having a Pneumothorax is normal?

My mistake, I wasn't using character set as doctor. I can see the chest seal now.
But the Pneumothorax value can there be a setting to change that to like 1 bullet to the chest and they have a pneumothorax?
