Negative SpO2

Is the SpO2 supposed to drop into the negative range? Yesterday we had this case, no script error nothing. The patient was in a helicopter explosion and was dragged away. First responders worked for about 5 minutes before the Medic came and diagnosed negative SpO2.

Pbo files with captial letters crash linux servers

  • Having .pbo files with capital letters crash linux servers. I have to rename them every time. Please replace the name of the .pbo with all lower case letters.

AED X Volume

Description:

  • You have to turn down the volume before the AED X is connected.
  • This should be changed, but i have no idea how to do it nice with the performance factor

Description:

  • The occlusion and obstruction terms are back to front
  • When it says airway occluded it should mean airway collapse but instead it means it’s blocked by vomit. Eg; obstruction should be a foreign body.
  • This results in players inadvertently misinterpreting the airway diagnosis and, for example, contiuing to attempt to suction.
  • Occlusion: closing of a blood vessel or hollow organ.
  • Obstruction: a thing that impedes or prevents passage or progress; an obstacle or blockage

  • Check Pt airway
  • String returns saying medical suction needed
  • Medical menu states "Airway occluded" (Wrong terminology)

Feture request: Diagnosing patients for wounds

  • You must first diagnose someone to see what wounds and where they have them.

  • after diagnosing someone their medical menu starts to reveal injuries, IVs, Tourniquets, etc

This is to simulate a "visual" quick check from head to toe of the patient that would reveal stuff such as; 1x velocity wound to the right arm, 1x tourniquet is currently applied to the right arm, the patient is not breathing, etc.

The reason for this change is that it would cause everyone that is wounded or treating someone to take the time to look themselves/someone over thoroughly rather than approaching every situation the same by throwing tourniquets at the problem and calling it a day.

Bug: same class names for painkillers mag and weapon

I think there is a problem with using the exact same classnames for the painkillers weapon and magazine. When I run this addItemToUniform "KAT_Painkillers"; you get an invisible item in your inventory. When you run cursorTarget addMagazineCargoGlobal ["KAT_painkillers", 1] on a container you get the correct items, but then when you take one into your inventory it's still the same. When you now export your loadout (after you have taken the correct item into your inventory - item has a pic and ACE actions are available) you get the entry this addItemToUniform "KAT_Painkillers";. I assume this is because it can't decide what kind of item it is due to the same classname being used for both the magazine and the weapon. And before you ask, yes you add real magazines using addItemToUniform as well, e.g., this addItemToUniform "16Rnd_9x21_Mag"; and it works correctly.

Please rename the weapon classname of painkillers. Acutally, now that I think of I am not sure why you would net that at all.

Puking handler

Description:

  • Maybe there is a issue with the puking handler
  • Addon is deactivated and players get killed nevertheless

Description and issue:

  • Even though the chance to make a pneumothorax is set to 100% I can't get the AI to have a pneumothorax while they are alive. The AI didn't have a vest on either. While they are dead and did a few shots the "dead" AI would have about 14x Large Velocity wounds and 5X Large Avulsions before even having 1X Pneumothorax injuries.

-Also when the "dead" AI has the 1X Pneumothorax injury I am not able to use a chest seal. I can do all the other interventions from the mod but for some reason I can't do the Chest seal. Not sure if it's just because it's done on AI.

-I'll check to see if I can reproduce this on players sometime this week.

Feature request: burn ointment

So I thought it would be nice idea to have something like burns and maybe if you make a nice joke about someone, you could need that too.

Puking Sound

Description:

  • The puking sound effect is hearable in unconscious state, not deactivatable and it sucks.
  • The puking sound have to be deactivatable
  • If deactivated there should be another effect maybe a visual one

Not be able to stitch after airway management

Steps to reproduce:

  • When you have to have a stable condition on the patient to stitch him and you treated the airway before.

Feature request: Breathing

Breathing

  • Pneumothorax/hemothorax (after Thorax hit) including decompressing needle and auscultation
  • Oxygen Mask
  • Ventilator

Overstretch is not a requirement for intubation

Description:

  • I can intubate without overstretching.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Have the tube in the inventory.
  • One person must be unconscious
  • try to intubate without doing anything before.

Where did the issue occur?

  • Self-Hosted Multiplayer (haven't tried with Dedicated)

What should have happened
I think that the overstretching is meant to be a requierement before intubating the pacient. You should not be able to see the intubation option before overstretching the head or maybe cause more damage to the pacient if you did intubate without overstretching. If I am misunderstading something, let me know.

Bugs beim Atemweg freimachen

Die Sounds vom Acuvac spinnen rum und werden 10x gleichzeitig abgespielt.

Nach dem ich jemanden die Atemwege freigemacht hatte ist er aufgewacht trotz Nuller Puls. Er ist dann nach 2m Laufweg wieder zusammengebrochen.

Sound vom Monitor ist recht laut, gerade beim flatline sound.

Der Monitor ist ein bissi Overpowered weil er alle Werte einfach anzeigt.

Description:

  • AED X will read and beep as if the patient has a heart rate. But when checking pulse Heart rate is absent. Patient will be fully healed and won't get up and upon checking their pulse manually the heart rate has stopped. AED X will resume monitoring the patients vitals when the heart has restarted.

Steps to reproduce:
-Injure patient with significant force, bomb, grenade, or multiple bullet wounds.
-Attach AED X, to monitor vitals
-Check monitor vitals against check pulse to see difference
