Katydid

Katydid is a toolkit for trees.

Currently there are three tools in the katydid toolkit:

• Relapse: a regular expression type language for trees that matches up to 1000000s of records per second,
• A collection of parsers (protobuf, json, xml, reflected go structures, yaml) which are easily extendable, and
• A collection of encoders (protobuf, json, xml, reflected go structures) which are useful for dynamic transcoding.

setup github action

Remove travis job in favour of github action.

Design Decision: How to handle states that don't have a transition for every case

start a = accept
start _ = start

If accept does not handle any input then an error is going to occur.
Should this be a compile error, since then everyone will have to write
state _ = state
for every state, or at least handle all cases.

Is a sensible default behaviour better?
