add `<projectDir>/docs/indextoc.sh`, which is equivalent to `cd docs; ./adoc2md.sh -t`

insert the version of the project into the `docs/index.md`

The adoc2md enables me to author docs/index_.adoc and convert it into docs/index.md in my project built by Gradle.

I want the docs/index.md to show the value of version property of the Gradle build, like this:

I do not like to manually edit the index_.adoc file and key-in the version value.

I want gradle indextoc task to extract the value of version property from the build.gradle and transfer it into the docs/index.md.

add `<projectDir>/build.gradle` with `indextoc` task

This works

$ cd $projectDir
$ cd docs
$ ./adoc2md.sh -t

but requires a bit of typing. Shorter is beter. I want to do the same as follows:

$ cd $projectDir
$ gradle indextoc
