DevicePixcelRatioResolver class should be an inner class of AShotWrapper

v0.2.0, The DevicePixelRatioResolver is an independent class; but it should rather be a inner class hosted in the AShotWrapper. Why? DevicePixelRatioResolver is used only AShotWrapper.

Support saving screenshot images in JPEG format with compression

Selenium's takeScreanshot feature creates image in PNG, it does not create image in JPEG.

I want to take screenshot of web pages, I want the image files to be as small in byte size as possible.

I want to have an option to saven the screenshot in JPEG format, not PNG format.

I want to specify the compression quality. The compression quality could be in the range of (0.1, 1.0].

How to implement the conversion from PNG to JPEG? It is possible using the pure Java8.

Support painting the div of advertisement grey

The ScreeshotDriver class of ksbackyard project implemented a few features useful.

• censor() that paints specified <div> elements with grey color; useful to ignore advertisements
