It would be nice to be able to email the students their feedback.

Need to generate feedback form for students. This is an example for how the form should look.

If judging instances are modified while a judge is viewing their project list, some of the links may be invalidated. The links are based on the pk of the judging instance. So deleting a judging instance invalidates those links.

Consider one or more of the fixes below:

1. Redirect the judge back to their list in the case of an error.
2. Use a number other than the primary key. Consider a hash of the project number, judge pk, and rubric pk, since that combination should be unique.

Some judges work faster than others. To make up for judges that are slow, add a button to the judging screen that allows them to get an additional project.

This would assign them the project that matches their category and division with the fewest completed responses.

Currently, if the rubric changes, responses are no longer valid. They should be updated if any changes are made to the questions or choices, or if any new questions are added.

It is too easy to enter an incorrect value for award traits, which prevents the award from being assigned. Need to figure out some way to provide choices for these values.

Use django-import-export to implement.

The "Key" label is confusing.

The "is" and "in" operators are confusing and should be clarified.

Currently the judges rubric form does not allow submitting. We need to be able to submit the form and record the response. If the rubric is edited again, we need to display existing responses for editing.

It may be useful to know when the rubric was last answered.

Some projects need to leave early or need other special consideration. We need a way to flag those projects with special notes so they appear differently to the judge.

• List of projects for each judge needs to show who has and has not been judged
• Need warning message when submit does not save answers
• Need a way to mark a project as absent
• Need a way to delete individual judging instances
• Need student names on the results list

Enhance the response form with an additional Save button.

The Save button would ignore required questions and save all of the user input.

The Submit button enforces question requirements. It also populates an additional complete field on the response.

The response list would visually indicate responses that had been partially submitted and those that had been marked as complete.

Perhaps tie availability of the Save button to a preference.

Questions appear in the correct order in the view-only page, but out of order for the editable page.

School used the project abstract field as a way to display a Thank You message to the judges.
