covid-sim's Issues

Gibraltar Simulations

  • No Place Transmission
  • Place transmission

Also remove holidays and all interventions, as not included in our implementation. Look to exclude care home workers as well? More focused on age stratified outputs and overall transmission curves than spatial transmission, but as infection dynamics are typically driven by spatial mechanisms this will likely be significant.
